The Propane Turkey Fryer with Turkey Tap is an all welded black solid steel 15" LP gas cooker stand and cast iron burner with type 1 regulator and hose. The 30 quart turkey has a lid, a stainless steel thermometer, an aluminum basket with drain clip, turkey tap drain valve for easy cleanup, wide handle lifting hook, and a timer with auto shut-off. Liquids drain from the pot with the Turkey Tap drain valve making clean up easier. This Masterbuilt product is excellent for year round frying, steaming, and boiling.
